Fish Tacos

Tacos are always a popular item - although fish may not be the first protein that you think of putting in your taco.  But if you're looking for something a little lighter...check this out!

Tacos are a hit in Knowledge Center team member Rebecca's house year round, but when fresh cabbage is in season in late spring, fish tacos make a regular appearance.  While beef is always a staple, the combination of fresh fish and crunchy cabbage "slaw" makes this recipe a "hit"!

Buying bags of individually frozen fish fillets makes this an easy "anytime" meal - the fillets can be cooked from frozen and makes this a quick weeknight dinner!  For some added color and flavor, buy a bag of tricolor coleslaw mix, or a small head of green and red cabbage!
