Did you know that 1 in 3 people work in agriculture worldwide (source:  FAO.org)?  Yes, you read that right…33% of people worldwide work in agriculture.  Does that number seem a little high?  It might, if agriculture careers were only those directly involved in production agriculture…but they are not.  A career in agriculture can be so many different things.  Accountants, lobbyists, sales representatives, zoologists, engineers, and more are all needed in agriculture.
