In early December I had the opportunity to attend a workshop for beef producers in Harrisonburg. This workshop, which was hosted by the local Extension office, focused on two main topics: Challenges and Opportunities in Today’s Cattle Market and What is Changing in Antibiotic Use. The information presented at this workshop was timely, and worth hearing, so I would like to share some of the highlights with you.
