Chances are, we've all been a situation at some point in our lives where things were not as they appeared. As a parent, and a livestock owner, I know I have been. A child having a meltdown in public that we handle the best way that we can, an animal that has gotten injured through something completely out of our control, and many other situations...from the outside looking in these can look very different from what they actually are.

It offers a great perspective, and encourages everyone to take a second look and be curious, not judgemental...and above all, if you have a question or a concern, ask the source first; be that a parent, a coach or a farmer....
